Description
This modular, eLearning video course provides in-depth coverage of the DAC 6000 operation and troubleshooting tools available to debug problems. Topics include an overview of remote support capabilities, RADD troubleshooting, error reporting, and troubleshooting procedures. It prepares personnel to perform first-level troubleshooting for billing interface problems, pay-per-view, two-way operations, daily operations, and upgrades.

The course consists of eight modules that cover specific troubleshooting functions of the DAC 6000 as well as demonstrations of troubleshooting operations performed. Each module contains a self-paced video presentation of the troubleshooting process.
