 Purpose:

This self-paced training course describes and demonstrate the CommScope Ruckus Managed Service Provider (MSP) Licensing solution which gives Ruckus Cloud MSP’s the ability to create end customers, distribute RUCKUS Cloud licenses, and operate their networks.

This course is designed for RUCKUS sales personnel, system engineers, VARs, and RUCKUS Partners desiring a high-level understanding of all RUCKUS products.

Course Objectives

After the completion of this course, you will be able to:  

• Know why you should care about MSP Licensing
• Describe the MSP Solution
• Describe the target market for the MSP Solution
• Know how to order the Ruckus MSP Solution
• Describe the differences between MSP Business model SKUs and End Customer Business Model SKUs
• Describe how to sign into the MSP dashboard and set up the MSP customer portal
• Describe how to add, edit, and delete MSP customers, VARs, and MSP integrators and Installers
