This course is designed for service operators and system administrators who are responsible for managing, configuring, and troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks.

Course Description:

This web-based, eLearning SmartCell Insight course provides instructions about how to navigate and use the RUCKUS Wireless™ SmartCell Insight (SCI) application.  Instruction provides an overview of its function as well as a full demonstration of each of the reports that it generates. Additional topics include SCI hardware requirements, specifications and a high level look at the components that make up the SmartCell Insight application.

Course Objectives: 

Upon successful completion of this course, the student should be able to:

• Navigate and administer reports within the SCI application providing:
• Reports based on unique filtering of collected data
• Customized reports that focus on network metrics important to an organization
• Identify trends using many combinations of network dimensions and metrics
