Course Description

This self-paced training course describes and demonstrate the CommScope RUCKUS Unleashed solution version 200.9 covering initial network setup using both a browser UI and the RUCKUS Unleashed mobile app,  configuring various types of WLANs, adding access points and ICX switches and AP groups, renaming favorite clients, configuring roles for administrators, performing password recovery and local firmware upgrades, and running application recognition and control.

Course Objectives:

• Describe RUCKUS Unleashed functions and features and deployment applications
• Describe how to perform a standard typical AP installation using a browser UI and the RUCKUS Unleashed Mobile App
• Describe how to perform a Gateway AP installation using a browser UI and the RUCKUS Unleashed Mobile App
• Become familiar with both the Browser and Mobile App dashboard.
• Describe how to configure Zero Touch Mesh with the Unleashed User Interface and Mobile App
• Know how to add AP groups with the Unleashed UI and Mobile App
• Describe how to mark favorite clients with the Unleashed UI and Mobile App
• Know how to create guest pass self-service WLANs with Unleashed UI and Mobile App
• Know how to rename wireless clients with the Unleashed UI and Mobile App
• Know how to configure Ethernet Port VLAN Support using  the Unleashed UI
• Describe how to configure guest access with shared passwords using the Unleashed UI and Mobile App
• Describe how to configure standard WLANs using the Unleashed UI and Mobile App
• Describe how to configure rate Limiting and QoS functions using the Unleashed User Interface
• Describe the troubleshooting tools with the Unleashed Mobile App
• Know how to perform Password Recovery with the Unleashed User Interface
• Know how to perform an Unleashed Local Firmware Upgrade with the Unleashed User Interface and Mobile App
• Describe the Unleashed Multi-Site Management solution
• Become familiar with the Unleashed Multi-Site Management Dashboard
• Describe how to perform ZeroTouch Deployment using the Unleashed Multi-Site Management Dashboard
